How do I pay for the ordered products?

It is possible to pay the DPD courier only by bank card.

 

Via the bank link - After placing the order, click on the link of the desired bank, which will direct you to the selected online bank: Swedbank. Enter your user ID and passwords and enter Internet Banking. In the Internet bank, you can see an already completed payment order, which states the amount that is due for payment for the products purchased from www.danija.ee. Confirm or cancel the payment order.

How do I know that the payment went through?

Enter the Danija.ee environment with your username and then select "My data". After that, select "Order history", from the history you can check whether the order was paid or not. If the order was unpaid or partially paid for, the status of the order remains "Unpaid". The status of the order becomes affirmative, i.e. "Paid" only after the payment has been received on the bank account of UAB "Danbalt International".

In case the payment "via Pangaling" was not successful (e.g. something went wrong, payment was interrupted, limit etc.), please contact Danija.ee customer service by e-mail info@danija.ee or phone +372 880 4518.

 

Where can I find the purchase invoice?

The preparation of purchase invoices in PDF format is done automatically. The purchase invoice can be printed or downloaded from the order history of the Danija.ee environment by pressing the "Download purchase invoice" button.
